He has a reputable experience in Local and International Real Estate Market having held position of Property and Facilities Manager for Proper Consult (T) Limited for over four (4) years and later held Leasing and Property Manager at Pangani Real Estate Services Limited.

Chiku A. Chande

Chiku, a Tanzanian National, is a holder of a Masters Degree in Law (Corporate and Commercial Law) from University of Dar es Salaam. She has professional qualification as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts Subordinate. She is a member of Tanganyika Law Society (TLS), East African Law Society (EALS) and Tanzania Women Lawyer Association (TAWLA).

Neema A. Mzengi

Neema, a Tanzanian National, is a holder of a Masters Degree in Business Administration, with a bias in Marketing and Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with bias in Human Resources Management.She has a wealth of experience in Business Development having worked at Star Media Tanzania for three (3) years and later as Cash and Operation Officer in different terms at TIB Corporate Bank for more than six (6) years.

Lilian D. Kakoko

Lilian is a Tanzanian National, with a wide range of experience in Architectural Design and Construction Management having worked for over couple of years with various firms as an Architect. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from Ardhi University in Dar es Salaam. She is fluent in English and Kiswahili both spoken and written, with exemplary skills in Project Planning, Execution and Administration.

Kalory Prosper

Kalory, a Tanzanian National, joined in 2018 with a solid background in Property Management and Valuation. Prior to joining Nayat Group, Kalory spent seven years with Real Estate Companies in Dar es Salaam as Estate Officer, Property Manager and Valuation Surveyor at different period of time. His expertise in Lease Administration, Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Property Management and Asset Management brings a major role in our Company.

Anaph Shehe

Anaph is a Tanzanian National holding Certified Public Accountant Certificate approved by National Board of Accountants and Auditors. He has held position of Accountant at Anchor Design and Building Construction Limited over 2 years and later at Auditmax Financial Consultancy as Auditor and Tax Consultant for three years, fluency in English and Swahili both spoken and written brings in a wealth of expertise in Customer relations.
